Meet Miranda Brock, CEO and Owner
Miranda Brock, EFDA

Dental Assistant- 16 years’ experience
Miranda graduated from Tri-County Tech where she received an associate’s degree in Expanded Function Dental Assisting and was awarded Patterson Clinical Excellencies award. Miranda has also received further training in fabricating temporary crown and bridge at UAB School of Dentistry. She joined Dr. Crumpton's team in October of 2002. Miranda started her career in education in 2011 where she taught the Dental Assisting course and then went on into the administrative side of managing career training schools.  She is very passionate about education and loves to see each of her students succeed in there new career path!  Miranda has two daughters and she enjoys being outdoors, long walks, spending time with her family and is an active member at Parkwood Baptist Church.


Meet Taylor, Administrative Director

Dental Assistant- 7 years’ experience
Taylor graduated from Palmetto School of Career Development where she received her certification in Dental Assisting. She worked in the Oral Surgery field for 6 years. Taylor started her career in education in 2013 where she taught the Dental Assisting course and then went to work in administration.  Taylor is married with two children, Eli and Olivia. She enjoys being outdoors, farming, hunting, and spending time with her husband and her children!

Meet Tracy, Dental Assisting Instructor

My name is Tracy Crombie and I’ve been a Registered Dental Assistant for 24 years.  I moved here from California in 2006.  I am married to Doug one of the nicest human beings that walk this earth.  I have two daughters and a grandson. When I’m not at work I love to hang out with friends and have game nights.  
One of my passions is to lead by example. I enjoy teaching and educating others to understand and improve their dental health and how it affects their day to day lives and overall health.   

I have been teaching over three years, you can count on me to be dependable, prompt and encouraging those around me.

Meet Valerie, Dental Assisting Instructor

Valerie graduated from SCC in 2008. What she loves the most about her career is the opportunity to help and care for others, along with the pleasure of improving people's self confidence and keeping them healthy at the same time. She also loves to continue her education, eager to learn new things. Valerie currently lives in Greenville with her two daughters Gia and Taya and her husband Rhyker. On her spare time she enjoys gardening, home DIY projects, cooking, and being a self proclaimed foodie.

Meet Jessie, Medical Administrative Assisting Instructor

 Jessie graduated from Brown Mackie College with an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She currently works for Concentrix doing third party reimbursement for medical claims. Jessie has been in healthcare for 13 years. She has been a Medical Administrative Assistant Instructor since 2017 and  loves it. Jessie also fills in as an instructor for the Medical Billing and Coding course as needed. She enjoys learning new things and being able to help others achieve their educational goals. Jessie has 4 boys, her youngest being in high school. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and  also enjoy cooking and reading in her spare time.

Meet Brittany, Dental Assisting Instructor
Brittany is an EFDA in Spartanburg, South Carolina. “ I knew that I always wanted to be a teacher just not in the  K-12 setting” After high school, Brittany continued her education at Greenville Technical College and studied Expanded Functions Dental Assisting. “Dentistry has always been important to me and being able to help others learn about dentistry is my true passion.” When Brittany is not chairside assisting, you can find her and AJ(her husband) cruising or taking a long weekend getaway.


Meet Yvette, Dental Assisting Clinical Instructor, Dental Front Office Instructor
Yvette graduated from Spartanburg Community College as a certified expanded duty dental assistant in 2008. Yvette is certified to perform CPR and is trained in OSHA standards. She is also certified to perform x-rays. Yvette enjoys furthering her education by attending certified educational courses. In her free time, Yvette enjoys reading mystery books and spending time with her husband and two children.


Meet Shana, Medical Administrative Assisting Instructor

Shana is a 2019 graduate of North Greenville University with a Master of Business Administration degree. She has over 17 years of healthcare experience. 

One of her greatest joys in life is helping others through teaching. She loves to incorporate "real-world" scenarios into her teachings, in order for her students to gain a thorough concept of medical coding and billing. She wants to ensure that all of her students leave the classroom feeling accomplished and confident in their learning. 

She has two kitties that she loves dearly and spoils them more than she should. She enjoys a few different activities in her spare time; that include playing board games, frequenting different restaurants, and (of course) escape rooms!


Meet Denee, Dental Assisting Instructor
Denee graduated from Greenville Technical College from the Expanded Duty Dental Assisting, specializing in Orthodontics. She has 15 years experience, is CPR certified, and OSHA trained. She enjoys learning new things and being able to help others to achieve their goals in the Dental field. When Denee is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys interior design, baking, and cycling! 



Meet Amanda, Phlebotomy Technician Instructor

Amanda studied Physicians Office LabTech and Phlebotomy at Greenville Technical College from 2004-2006. She has spent the past 15 years working in blood banking. Amanda has been married for 10 years with two girls, Peyton and Raelyn. She enjoys spending time with family and friends on the weekends, grilling out, and roasting smores by the fire on chilly fall nights. She also loves vacationing at the beach every year! 


Meet Tara, Dental Assisting Instructor

Tara started out in the dental field at the age of 16 working as an assistant at her local family dentist. She furthered her career by attending the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene and graduated in 1993. Tara has been a RDH for 29 years and spent time working in orthodontics, pedodontics, periodontics, and general practice. Her favorite part of the career is building relationships with the patients. Tara has 3 daughters and 2 sons. She enjoys spending time hiking, walking her German Shepherd, and any activities outdoors. 


Meet Marina, Dental Assisting Instructor

Marina was born and raised in Whittier, California. She is a personal  trainer, nutritionist, and owner of Vessel Meal Prep. She is the mother of two daughters Carynn and Farah. She is an ADAA Board Trustee and has 10 years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. In her free time, she like to volunteer at the Free Clinic and other volunteer opportunities. 


Meet Tracy, Phlebotomy Technician Instructor

Tracy studied Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy at Spartanburg Community College from 2004-2006. Tracy is an ASCP Certified Phlebotomist. She previously worked in the Emergency Room at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Tracy is a mother of 2, a son (21) and a daughter (17).
